If YOU create the Inlu, here are a few details to help you out! see features

1. Think of what you want to collect for. You are not limited to the quantity of gifts you are collecting for. For example, you can collect for a kid's toy AND video game. You can explain this to your guests and know that a single gift check will be sent.

2. You can only select one charity to collect for, however it can be ANY charity you'd like. Inlu provides an "ADD YOUR OWN" option. Just open a new window and search for the contact information required, then we'll make sure the charity collection goes to that address.

3. Creating your Inlu is QUICK and EASY!

- Select an image from one of our gallerys - or add your own.

- Let everyone know what you are collecting for - whether its a gift you intend to buy, or a charity you want to support - or both!

- Select your Collection End Date.  At 11:59pm of that date your collection closes.  No more contributions will be added, and Inlu will begin processing the payments for the gift collection and the charity collection as you direct, issuing a bank check for gift and/or charity collections within 48 hours of the Collection End Date.

4. Getting the word out is EASY too! You can send your Inlu to any email address - we even let you tap into your email address books. Or you can print and snail mail.

5. Your Inlu Dashboard will keep you posted on how your RSVPs and Collections are progressing, lets you make changes to your event if necessary - and helps keep tabs on Inlu's you've been invited to.

6. An Inlu can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the Collection End Date. If you cancel an Inlu before the this deadline, we instantly refund contributions.

7. Share the Keepsake with the Honoree.

- You can print the Keepsake from your Dashboard. People love seeing this at the event!

- You can email the Keepsake to the Honoree. Go to your Dashboard and click on NOTIFY HONOREE. You can add honoree's email address, include a message, and ht Keepsake is automatically attached. A surprise party in their inbox!

ADVANCED USER TIPS

1. You can customize your "MESSAGE" box within your Invitations and Announcements to include copies of links to anything, from websites to video messages. You can also upload any image from your personal collection that you have the right to upload. You can create a logo or place type over a photo on your home system, then upload that image.

2. You can SEND your Inlu to yourself, then FORWARD the Inlu LINK to your guests with your own custome subject line and email. This way your guests will recieve the email directly from you via your server, and will have a more personalized email. We strongly recommend that you do NOT explain the details of what is in your Inlu, but rather write a message that encourages readers to "click this link to learn more." (Direct Marketing Tip - 101.) HOWEVER, please know that if you opt to send this yourself, and Inlu does not have the guest emails, no guests will receive event or collection reminders.

3. You can watch your dashboard frequently to see how your collection is going. Collecting more than you thought? You can EDIT your gift Collection Cap to allocate more of the funds to your gift if you realize you can target upgrading the gift. Any change to your Collection Cap must be made at least 24 hours prior to the Collection End Date.

4. Any changes you make to your Inlu from your dashboard, after it has been sent originally, do NOT automatically go back out to your invite list. To share the new information the ORIGNAL INVITE LIST: SAVE your edits, go back to your Dashboard and click on NOTIFY GUESTS. To share the new information with ADDITIONAL INVITE LIST: go to Dashboard, INVITE MORE, then add the addresses and send.

5. The KEEPSAKE. This is a really cool device that includes all contributors messages. We have seen that contributors like seeing the KEEPSAKE at the event - kind of 'proof' that they participated (thus its ok that they arrive empty handed).

6. EMAIL THE KEEPSAKE TO THE HONOREE: Go to your Dashboard. Click on NOTIFY HONOREE. This message will be sent to a single email address of your choice and will AUTOMATICALLY attach the most recently updated KEEPSAKE. We suggest waiting until your Collection End Date has passed - OR - send it prior but inform your Honoree that more signatures may be added.
