Guest / Contributor Hints
1. IF you've been invited to an event, Inlu sends your RSVP directly to the Organizer.
2. IF you've been invited to pitch in to a group effort, Inlu makes pitching in safe and easy! The Organizer has designed this Inlu for a specific purspose and either a Group Gift, a Group Charitable Donation, or BOTH have been coordinated. Everyone can pitch in to either the gift, the charity, or both with a secure credit card transaction. When the Collection End Date occurs, Inlu sends the charity funds collected directly to the charity selected by the Organizer. The gift funds are sent to the person designated by the Organizer by bank check so the intended gift can be purchased.
3. Once you pitch in, you get to leave a Contributor's Note that will be added to a special Keepsake for the Honoree. All contributor messages are also posted on the Inlu for the other guests to see.
Helpful Hints!
- You'll receive a receipt directly from Inlu.
- Inlu will send event and pitch-in reminders so you don't miss the End Date.
- Know your Organizer. Inlu is simply a tool. The Organizer is the person reaching out to you, so you should always recognize the Organizer or Honoree.
- Inlu makes group gifting easy - but you don't have to pitch in. You are able to RSVP without pitching in if you wish. If you do choose to pitch in there is an Inlu transaction fee consisting of a flat $1.25 transaction fee for Inlu service, as well as the typical third party secure payment transaction fee, based on contribution amount. You will see the exact amount of this fee for your purchase prior to checking out, and have the choice to add OR subtract the fee from your total contribution. Its all spelled out for you when you're ready to contribute.
- After contributing, you get to add your note to a Keepsake which is given to the Honoree by the Organizer.
